A 14 yr. old boy doesnt need any hormone fields, he is in peak or going into peak years hormonally. Unless he has been to a qualified Medical Professional and has been diagnosed with a deficiency. With Dream’s non-hormonal fields, he will be able to get great help.

Another thing, at 14 your face changes as u mature. When I look at a picture of me when I was 13/14 and then compare it at even 16/17 there is a sizable difference.

Learned this the hard way.
I see many people here have recommended you what to do or not to do. So I just want to have a friendly recommendation. First of all, you’re so young. You have lots of time ahead. So specify those fields which you should concentrate on. I mean the urgent ones. Second, don’t spend all your time on listening to different fields. Third, have a short break after listening to different fields. Forth, listening to the audios for having physical changes is not enough. You’d better work on your confidence, happiness, …too.
I almost forgot! Don’t wear earbuds/headphone while listening to these audios. Good luck.
