I discovered an italian study around 10 months ago , stating that an adequate vitamin d level might decrease deaths by covid up to 50 % . The same is true for aspirin .
Things like these should be on the frontage of every newspaper . Yet I’ve never heard the so called experts talk about it. Only about lockdowns and vaccines .

I remember on the early days of COVID-19 outbreak in China, some patients there were taken outside to get some sunlight from time to time, and it was reported that these patients recovered faster compare to those who stayed in the isolation room all the time. After that, there were recommendations to get vitamin D from sunlight or orally but this wasn’t backed up by research yet. Even when there was research effort being made, many people doubted findings on those days because papers got published so quickly indicating lack of peer reviews.
There are some doctors on YouTube recommending vitamin D intake since January 2020 but I can see why it’s difficult for people to hear that. There are a lot of people out there who love the idea of taking medicines and getting vaccines instead of doing some preventive actions.
For newspaper companies, at the end they just want to make profit lol. Why sell news that people does not even want to hear.
Some functional medicine practitioners also prescribe vitamin D for several autoimmune diseases, and now that makes sense if it can calm down the overactive immune systems.
There are also many researches out there on the benefits of vitamin D to prevent various diseases. Although, these are not very popular yet compare to the benefit of vitamin D for bone health.

I never heard a person taking topical before . I only take D3 + K2. Ca and Mg are in my multivitamins that I rarely take. I am not sure if I need them because I haven’t done much research in that area.
Yeah I’m working in the medical field for some time now so i know how messed up things are sometimes and my brother in law works at a pharma company . And the stuff thats going down there is making me angry . Since this is not just about money ,but about human lives, real people , families. As we transition into a better time , I’m sure the pharma industry is one of the first to fall .
Yeah topical is great. I get mine from a company called idealabs.dc they only make topical supplemtsand are super legit. Some people who fail to raise their blood levels with oral supplementation have success doing so topically. You can literally take anything as a topical supplement . Many things absorb better topically.
When you take vitamin d orally the main amount is taken up by the liver as the liver is the place where fat soluble vitamins get stored and The liver likes to keep a good amount for itself.
Taking vitamin d topically has the advantage that the whole body gets more equal amounts .
Vitamin D supplementation is not a linear response curve. So, higher supplementation does not necessarily lead to a linear increase in blood vitamin D levels.
Yes ,indeed . That’s why I said the topical thing above,as some people fail to raise their levels with oral doses no matter how high they go.

some researchers doesn’t consider anymore vitamin D as vitamin, they consider it as hormone because of important role that has on the body, a low level of vitamin D in body will get you killed no matter what is the cause. supplementing of vitamin D 1000 UI is necessary in winter because of the ability to enhance the mood and give the body it needs.
this the least you can do, as the upper limit you can take is 4000 UI on daily basis, more than it will concentrate too much calcium in the blood in which will damage the kidney…
man a lot of water also has it downs lot of water if not taken with minerals will flush all the mineral from your body, the moderation is the key to everything.
It differs a lot on how much a certain amount of vitamin d ,will raise your blood level . So you cant give a standard amount to everybody.
But it has been shown that even small amounts amount of vitamin a and k can remove the risk of hypercalcemia from too much vitamin D .
I prefer vitamin k2mk4 it has almost no toxicity and has all the benefits that the other vitamin k’s have .
