A Twitch in Time

So will this make me sprint faster (even without working out?)
I personally do “workout” as I play football/ soccer but it would help me a lot if I get even more results through this audio, it would help me a lot! If I could run faster I would make a much greater impact in the game!

Perhaps someone could help me with this question. Would this be bad to use for endurance athletes? From my understanding it gives more explosive power that uses bodily “resources” faster. Some of my climbing days can be 12+ Hrs. I’m worried if I use this, I’ll burnout fast and should stay with slower twitch muscle fibers.

Yeah, that type of thought has popped into my head as well. As long as you stay properly hydrated and nourished throughout the day I would think you’d be alright. Just make sure to bring some Tonic No. 31 and Plasma Mitochondria along with you :wink:

Just looking at the description… I don’t think it says it alters the ratio of fast/slow twitch fibres, but allows a protein expression to recruit fibres in an explosive (fast twitch) way. It also says there’s more in the field than what is described, so it could be a possibility.

My read on it is that you’re already slow twitch favoured from your adventures, which will stay, but you’ll have the chemistry there for more explosive movements when you need it, which would probably benefit a dynamic activity like climbing. And I hear it really helps recovery

I feel like this field is underrated as hell. People seem to care too much about hypertrophy. Well I have to say this much. I weight around 138 lbs and can now chest press 170 lbs for 5 reps for 5 sets now. Not only that but it felt super easy to.

Even when I used to strength train about 3 years ago, I would keep on hitting a very low plateau on all my lifts. This field is no joke. To really get effects from this field I also use energy blockage removal by dream seeds 2 times before going to bed and twitch in time field 2 times when I wake up.

Can I also combine this field just with the Hardcore one and nothing else? So that I have a full body workout + this field that I also use for muscle recovery? :pray:

You certainly can, but the main function of this field is to increase your Speed stat, if you were an RPG character. for recovery, consider Muscle Recovery 2.0 from the Plasma Brothers album. (enjoy the extremely groovy music)

Thanks, I just wanted to add something small to my muscle stack to gain a little more muscle but not too much and it also helps with recovery. I also do yoga practices, so it’s also important to stay agile. A little bit of xtra strength and muscle is welcome, but not like bodybuilding. :pray:
