Hey I am here again with some questions! What should we do while listening to the audio? We should visualize our goal or stay relax and focus on the audio ? And can we listen on phone speaker or headphone is required?
On the speaker or headphones both work equally as good(although sometimes the frequencies can be a bit loud, so on those you might want to use the speaker)…As far as what to do during the listening? I usually multi-task and still get great results…But you must take it to consideration that I’ve been meditating for over 6 months for an hour a day, which has increased the amount of Delta brain waves in my brain, so I’m more susceptible to the frequencies. But, that’s not to say that you won’t get good results while multi-tasking. You could just try out different things…But I think to get best results, to focus on the audio by meditating, that way your mind will be in a Delta brain wave state, and you’ll mind will more susceptible…Always make sure you’re relaxed. Also, pay attention to how your body is reacting to the frequencies, if you’re not used to them. I hope this helps bud…
