Discipline is crucial for both personal and professional success, involving self-control and willpower to prioritize long-term goals over immediate impulses. It is essential in forming healthy habits, achieving goals, and maintaining focus. In line of Absolute Confidence project, we went to cover discipline from many sides and layers to foster maximal productivity and results, while avoiding burnouts.

Suggested Use:

During meditation with this field, imagine yourself like a wave, and imagine your goal at some point. Imagine yourself flowing there unrestrictedly, forgetting all the distractions here and there, and accelerating, while the space between you and your goal is contracting, like with a Warp-drive. Then imagine yourself at the goal and how important it is for you. And then, get to the work! :muscle:

Pretty nice stack, man, your changes will be accelerated quite a bit. Maybe you can add Plasma Light and Infrasound Bioactive Beach at the beginning for clear-up and warm-up.

My results after 1 month and 6 days

Things I noticed the most are:

  • Easier to focus on each given task
  • Better flow and motivation, basically easily switching to the right state for learning for example
  • Less unwanted habits - like after my multitasking habits, I used to switch between tasks often
  • Help to keep going
  • Help with mental recovery after sleep

And overall, increased productivity.

I love this project as I struggle the most with discipline out of everything :sweat_smile: Procrastination is such a huge issue! Was wondering if you could set multiple goals to achieve with this, or is it more one thing at a time? And with the reality shifting aspect, what benefits have you noticed pursuing your goals?

Yeah. Very, very common problem…

Pretty sure, you can do multiple, even tho probably much more effective with one thing at a time. Best to use like when going to do certain activity, short meditation with it before doing it, like I said above and then again when going into another activity.

Tbh, I wasn’t rly checking. Doing the activities I do became more effective, easier and much more smooth, the reality shifting aspect should be helping in background, with establishing your discipline and flow, while also helping yield more results. For yielding results from the tasks for me personally, it’d be an issue of thousand variables, so it may be pretty hard to measure how much did it help with what.
