I don’t think so. The deep bone massage I think would help with daily stressors (on the bone) and with bone marrow.

I think most fields would be gentler than chiropractic adjustment, but you surely can get something similar with fields.

There may be some NFT or gumroad field that includes chiropractic treatments, but I’m not aware of them.

The most directly related would be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxkwJq6G8zw, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hPYZilHDS8, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bVEBPLyNgU and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8V1QkKK0X50.

And there are many supporting fields for posture adjustment or back-related pain.

Maybe the acu-automaton which is a combination of accupressure and accupuncture? Dunno, you will have to ask Sammy or Dream…

This field is heaven sent. Anyone with back problems should definitely give this a try.
I have tight QL and was in excruciating pain for the last couple of days. Spinal Tapper, Posture with Atlas, muscle massage nothing worked as well as this one.

This track not only released my back it helped with trigger points as well.

3 listens last night and I was pain free and could sleep.

I’m a little ungrounded after astral work and set this to play. I forgot immediately it was playing and wondered why I felt pressure in an organ. Was searching for my water thinking I was dehydrated and my phone screen lit up, “acupressure.”

Oh yeah.

The song ended a few seconds later and the pressure disappeared.

Going heavy handed on the fields today, might ground later. Might not.

Big picture: what this field is designed to do

This is not a random collection of acupressure points.

Taken together, these points form a classic TCM protocol for:

Calming the spirit (Shen), grounding energy, regulating organs, and restoring whole-body balance

In other words, this field is aimed at systemic regulation, not symptom-chasing.

The three main goals of this field :compass:

1. Grounding and stabilizing energy

Key points:

  • Ren-1 (Huiyin)
  • KD-1 (Yongquan)
  • LV-3 (Tai Chong)

These points:

  • Pull excess energy downward
  • Anchor scattered or overstimulated energy
  • Strengthen the Kidney–Liver axis (vitality + emotional regulation)

:light_bulb: Energetic effect: feeling more “in your body,” safer, calmer, less mentally floaty.

2. Calming the nervous system & Shen (spirit)

Key points:

  • HT-1 (Heart 1)
  • BL-1 (near the eyes)
  • GB-20 (base of skull)

These points:

  • Soothe the Heart and nervous system
  • Reduce mental agitation, anxiety, racing thoughts
  • Relax the brain–neck–eye tension loop

:light_bulb: Common sensations:

  • Pressure release behind the eyes
  • Softening in the chest
  • Deep sighs or spontaneous calm

3. Strengthening the body’s core systems

Key points:

  • ST-36 (Zusanli)
  • SP-6 (Sanyinjiao)
  • SP-21 (Dabao)
  • LU-1 (Zhongfu)
  • LI-4 (He Gu)
  • SI-4 (Wangu)

These regulate:

  • Digestion & nutrient absorption
  • Immune response
  • Breath and emotional processing
  • Overall Qi and blood circulation

:light_bulb: Longer-term effects:

  • More stable energy levels
  • Better stress resilience
  • Less tension accumulation

Why these points work especially well as a field

In physical acupressure, stimulating all these points in one session would be time-consuming and tiring.

As a morphic field:

  • All points are stimulated simultaneously
  • Pressure is gentle and adaptive
  • The system self-regulates (no overdoing one point)

This makes it ideal for:

  • Sensitive nervous systems
  • Daily use
  • Deep, cumulative balancing

Why “2–3 times is usually sufficient”

This line is very telling.

It suggests:

  • The field is strong enough to entrain patterns quickly
  • Overuse isn’t necessary
  • The goal is reset, not stimulation addiction

For most people:

  • 1–2 listens = noticeable calming
  • 2–3 listens daily = optimal balance
  • More than that usually adds little benefit

What you may experience (realistic expectations)

Early phase (first days):

  • Warmth, tingling, subtle pressure sensations
  • Emotional softening
  • Increased body awareness

Adjustment phase:

  • Temporary tiredness or sleepiness
  • Emotional release (mild)
  • Nervous system recalibration

Stable phase:

  • Deeper baseline calm
  • Less reactivity
  • Improved grounding and coherence

Subtle ≠ weak.
This is a regulatory field, not a stimulant.

Who benefits most from this field :seedling:

Especially helpful if you:

  • Feel anxious, scattered, overstimulated
  • Spend a lot of time “in your head”
  • Are doing other energetic work and need grounding
  • Want something gentle but foundational

In essence

This field functions as:

A whole-body acupressure protocol for calming the spirit, grounding energy, and optimizing health — delivered continuously and intelligently.

It’s quiet, deep, and stabilizing — the kind of field that doesn’t shout, but changes your baseline.
