Addiction audio

I have an odd question about the addiction audio.

If this is not appropriate, I apologize. One of my sexual obsessions involved listening to rain sounds/brain wave entrainment to scramble my brain so to speak. A way for me to escape from confused feelings I guess.

The addiction audio includes storm sounds. Sometimes it seems like it’s triggering that same physical brain state of my addiction. Can the morphic field penetrate through that and help with dopamine and willpower to quit?

I can’t quite tell if it’s working, cuz I have been turning to the audio when feeling urges. So it’s like the addiction is being fed, yet getting messages of the morphic field at the same time. I can’t tell if it’s clever, or just another way of trying to get a need met with less guilt.

Any thoughts/advice?

You can get the repairing of the dopamine receptors part of the video from Dopamin Redux.

You still are conditioned to the sound of the field and it might take a bit of time to break this association.

Do you have a second device on which you can play Sapien’s videos mp3s?

If yes you could play the Overcome Any Addiction video and as soon as your old urges come up play the Transmutation video on the second device to shut down these feelings. Then you start the addiction video again.

It might take some time but this way you could retrain yourself and you can use the addiction video without much problem.

Of course you could use both videos / mp3s on a single device, but will be less comfortable.

You can try https://youtu.be/cZW_Q7VTkZE audio along with other suggestions. Most of them have quick results in few listens including me. Try to let go and release the addiction at the time of audio, makes it faster if you consciously try.

Thanks both of you for your replies. Ill keep playing with it. I think I did feel a shift when listening to the Overcome Addiction audio, allowing that state to come, then switching to the transmute audio. Felt lighter and less dense. Switching back I could listen for a few minutes but then the heaviness took over again. So I’ll keep trying.

I think I am in a state of overwhelm too, and am still reacting negatively from any sound from the environment, as if it is a threat. I might create a thread for advice about that actually.

Thank you for your advice!

This video should help with your addiction and with your troubles listening to the other video. From the description:

Willpower can help us develop good habits and eliminate bad ones.
It allows us to persist in difficult times and to act ‘gritty’. It also provides us with the fortitude to stick to our decisions and see things through even when we do not feel like it.
