After Workout Muscle Recovery Question (Patreon vs Youtube)

Whats the difference between the one on youtube vs the one on patreon?

I notice they’re different audios (one is a frequency the other is a guitar track), are they both equally strong? Or is one stronger due to being older and listened to more on youtube?

I was sooooo sore this morning i couldnt rise my arm to scratch my head :joy: so i listened to this one like 5 times, omg what a relief, the pain went down like a 90%.

I wonder if this would minimize the pain if listen to it before the work out? What if it cuts the burning sensation when working out so we can exercise more?

You know, just like when you take an aspirin or ibuprofen before and you get minimal pain (i avoid taking medicine for anything now so maybe ill try doing this in my next work out and see)
