What is energy system… I mean example
The energy system is the energetic system that makes up your entire being, including your mind, your body and spirit. Different schools of thought might talk about things like your chakras (parts of your energy system), your dan tiens, your “elements,” as well as the cells and the organelles of the cells of your body, etc.
