There is a bind that comes with that. Let me explain it this way:
There are many entities out there who feed off negative energy (fear, specifically). The way they become powerful is by making their victims believe they are powerful by threatening them with curses and things of the like. You will discover that there are many cases where these so-called powerful entities told their victim, for example in a dream, that they were going to die in a year.
What they hope to achieve with that is that their victim will freak out and start to worry - and thus increase the chance of an incident that actually kills them. A self-fulfilling prophecy.
So whenever you deal with negative entities you should keep in mind that you are the one holding the power and your power is your consciousness and where your consciousness flows, your energy goes.
If you look closer, evil entities are, although they appear mighty on the surface, nothing more but a joke.

this may or may not be relevant and useful for some of you but whenever I find myself out of balance chakra wise, I use this which balances me out real well in like 7 minutes. I’m not sure that Sapien has something for it, perhaps there is. But anyways its the quickest chakra balancing tool I’ve found so far.

If you believe in one thing that’s kind of out there (let’s say morphic fields) then it becomes harder to argue against other things existing, especially if they happen to be in the same vein. Thus, if I believe in morphic fields, then I believe in energy work, and then I kind of have to accept energetic entities are probably a thing as well. So to answer your question @Reyes , yes.
I believe in the freaquncys they encode in their audio can promote biochemical signals , but i dont believe in all those eneregy charging

As for crystals use a bigger labradorite crystal over the higher heart chakra as pendant and one normal not rainbow moonstone in the right pocket and one sunstone in the left pocket.
