And I only got results in the first week and only from the Upper Body workout

How are you measuring results?
Sapien stated that if you do not feel the results and effects from audios means that it is all happening subconsciously, so that is a good thing.
I listen every single field 5 times per day
And I thought that I will get a flatter stomach or a bigger biceps
Is it Bc my body type(ectomorph)?
You haven’t seen any progress because you probably don’t eat enough (you are an ectomorph). You need to eat more calories than you burn so your muscles can grow.
What @Kristiyan said is true. You can’t build something from nothing. Food provides the building blocks for muscle growth.
Also, how do you know your arms or stomach haven’t changed? If you are relying on the mirror, you might be waiting a while. It takes a long time for your own mind to perceive yourself differently, even if changes are occurring. Take weekly photos or measure they body parts so that you can evaluate progress more objectively.
