Also, regarding the other part, I saw once a certain technique where people would scream or growl or do other stuff instinctively, as they were clearing certain traumas or liberating themselves from pain or something like that (forgot how it’s called).
Maybe that’s the case here.
Maybe I blame entities too much.

Oh yes. I have a friend who growls when she’s clearing tough energies often 
She sometimes sees it as entities, but does sometimes give them more credit than is due.
This is a great recommendation regardless.
In any sense noises when releasing energy usually indicates a lot of emotion, or yes, trauma as you’ve put it, connected to whatever is being let go. You may know this already but it’s helpful to focus on your breath in tough moments like that and consciously allow yourself to expand and release the energy with an open hand. Sometimes closing down and not wanting to let it out can cause that kind of energetic frustration, too.

is this the best intercession between intercession fields for some sort of every thing go as planned, keeping up with the schedule(tasks)?

Maybe or maybe not.
My personal opinion is that you have to try and see.
I would guess that every interaction is unique and personal (?), so maybe Alien Intercession or any other one suits You Better (?) (and gives you better results).

How can I have access to angelic intercession? I had it but recently something happened and the file got ruined. This is the only field that I resonate with.
