can someone help me find this anime i watched as kid? It had some dude standing on beach then a scary monster guy with a giant sword for an arm suddenly arises from the ocean and attacks him but stops the sword an inch from his eye and the guy standing there doesnt even flinch
Then there was a submarine that exploded underwater from creatures swarming it.
One of the main bad guys was some kinda humanoid shark guy really scary
Then another guy shoots a guy in the heart but his heart was on the opposite side of his chest
