I have a stubborn cyst that’s been on my scalp since about 2020. At first I didn’t know it was a cyst. Thought it was just some random acne type bump so I popped it and drained it. I don’t really have a problem with recurring acne and just applying some acne treatment on the occasional small one that pops up or popping it and draining it and then applying some treatment usually does the trick. But this one came back. So I did the process again but of course it eventually came back again which I found odd.
After doing some research and having it looked at by a urgent care doc I’ve come to find out its cyst. More than likely a pillar cyst.
Over time it has settled down. It occasionally gets a slight itch here and there but nothing too extreme but it is always tender to the touch and makes sleeping on that side or washing my hair a bit uncomfortable.
I would really like to finally get rid of this thing. Are there any recommended audios that target and get rid of cyst on the scalp?

It is certainly a very complicated field, yet it has something to do with deep, rapid and rejuvenated healing.

It is certainly worth it to try for several weeks different healing fields and put your intention into specifically healing it. U might also try anti inflammatory field too.
Having said that I will give u my opinion based on my medical background
PLUS my own personal experience with having 2 sebaceous cysts on my back over my lifetime (I’m 69). One in my mid 30’s and one in my early 60’s. (It runs in the oily skin people in my family- my dad, my oldest brother and me)
If it opened and drained and was permanently gone most likely it wasnt a cyst.
When they first grow they are painless. They usually grow slowly. But when they get infected they get warm, itchy, uncomfortable. They increase in size and get painful.
If they get large enough they can rupture and drain on their own, which is painful and messy. (not outrageously painful, but it is painful) At his point U definitley need medical attention. They will do a I & D (incision and drainage) They will put wicking material in the wound to assist it to drain and u will have a bandage that u must change at least daily. U may be put on an oral antibiotic (I was when I was in my 60’s, not in my 30’s with my first one, although it was also infected then too). In my 60’s they also sent a sample out to identify the bacterial infection type. Called a C&S, culture and sensitivity.
Now this is the bottom line- it will return unless u get out the initial cyst “seed”, no matter how deep it is. It need to be removed completely and irrigated throughly while doing so because if even 1 cell remains- it will grow back again! Having an I & D for an infected cyst doesnt remove the cyst “seed” , that is a separate procedure. It will leave a scar and possibly an indentation. (BTW the seed itself looks somewhat like a small pearl)
Now since it is on your scalp, I assume u are concerned about hair loss from that area. In that case (or actually in any case) the sooner the better to get it entirely removed = smaller scar. (This is an out patient visit) The best person to go to for this is a good dermatologist who is proficient in this, IMHO.
BTW Pilar cysts are a subtype of sebaceous cysts

@Oodelally I totally forgot about this field. Thanks for the reminder. I think I was listening to this field before when I had this cyst but I didn’t use it directly for it. I was using it as just a general booster field to use before my other fields. I’ll try listening to it again and setting my intentions on healing the cyst.

@SilverZuzu Thanks so much for the info! I’ve done my research on this as well. Mine was also agitated, puffy, and inflamed for awhile. This is why I had popped it myself at first as I figured it was just a regular but inflamed pimpled that needed to be popped/drained. Thought the location was weird as I never had one on my scalp. I applied some neosporin and some hydrogen peroxide after I did it. It was unlike any pimple I popped before and there was a lot of puss lol but I eventually got it all out.
Then like you said it came back and this time a bit more vicious. Did the same thing. Eventually it came back again and this was when I stopped and did research to figure out it was more than likely a pillar cyst and the sack needed to be removed or it’ll keep coming back. I confirmed this when I went to the urgent care awhile back as they said they could drain it but it’ll come back. They didn’t have the capabilities there to do the full sack removal and recommended me to a dermatologist.
It’s been awhile and the cyst has calmed down a lot. It’s not getting worse. Matter of fact it has gone down. My hair is a bit grown out now and when I look at it in the mirror it doesn’t look inflamed like it used to. It just gets the occasional itch and still tender to the touch.
Thing is I wanted to see if there is anything I could do with audios and such to get rid of this myself before seeing a dermatologist. I know sapien and such has to have something for this, I’m just not sure exactly what audios would be good for directly dealing with this and healing it. I’d love to be able to heal this myself if possible.
With your cyst did you use any audios to help with it or you didn’t know about fields and such at that time? Are there any recommended fields you’d suggest for this?

The first cyst was about 35 yrs ago, the 2nd cyst was about 8/9 yrs ago.
I discovered SM fields and started listening to them daily in early Spring 2017.
I dont think at that point Dream had anything on Utube for that kind of healing, not sure. If he did I would have used it.

I have the paid advanced healing, plasma protocol (one with the 3 separate audios) and smart stem cells. I’ll give those a try while setting my intentions. I think sapien has the face and scalp stem cells audio as well but not sure if stem cells can heal cyst. I’ll give it a try though. Thanks again @SilverZuzu
