In the morning I eat one apple and cream cheese with honey sometimes some oat with apple and banana with coconut milk
When I work and do my break I eat every day something different but mostly potato salad and bread from the supermarked
After the work I eat what my family has cooked, we cook pretty healthy but very often food with meat (I try to cut the meat sometimes) + one apple again
In the afternoon I eat nothing big some walnuts or again a apple and drink some tea with honey
Also I add the suggested audio yesterday to my playlist I hope this can help me

I would strongly recommend cutting bread, substituting oats or some other fruit, the gluten in bread is extremely harmful to health.

I donโt think mouth breathing is beneficial anytime. You can check yourself doing mouth breathing vs. nose breathing while running or any physical activity. You will get exhausted through mouth breathing. You entire breathing tracts would be dried out thr mouth breathing. Through nose u have filtration happening thr nose hairs and mucus( mucus is required, excess is an issue )
Only specific yoga exercises demand for mouth breathing for specific reasons or for rescue breath to others.
Moreover my common sense tell that nose is to breath and mouth is to eat.
