In my opinion it is not necessary, indeed perhaps it is better to avoid, much better to concentrate on oneā€™s work-path-spiritual ascent.

Essentially my personal beliefs, however it can also be useful to be more aware of oneā€™s thoughts and the direction to take; after a while you get used to these, it will be like using a satellite navigator, a gps. However, I advise not to force yourself to see them because they could also induce you a little obsessively to this; when they appear, see if they can point you to something but donā€™t obsess, let them be.

I can have it done in 2-3 weeks. Only because Iā€™m a college student transferring right now and have to take some exams, etc.

So just donā€™t want to omnistrain and want to develop a quality UI interface,etc. for your app !

Both.

Usually you can send hyper-links and the like to users to download as an MVP (minimum viable product etc.)

No problem. I feel your desire to create something you want to materialize but just need to build.

There are too many catch-penny apps that are built with freemium frameworks - all looking to make a buck. Not today!
