None of these paid audios are necessary considering we have plenty of free alternatives that get the job done as well. These paid audios are extra options for people who are interested but are in no way necessary for people to buy. If you can’t afford it or feel too hesitant, it’s a good indicator that you probably shouldn’t purchase it and should stick with the audios you are listening to.

Got this in sale 2 days back…
Initially, there are no sensations or movements felt that I usually experience with all other workout fields. No fatigue even after 30 mins daily use .
I was just wondering what’s happening with me and this audio;
Normally I could easily feel the vibrations, and the workings of the workout fields.
But y’day suddenly saw that my arms have gained some good muscle and were also felt heavy that touch the lat muscles (BB know that feeling) something similar we experience with MBL too.
I think that @El_Capitan_Nemo has introduced some ‘new’ methods or working methodology into this workout creation… or its just my feeling :thinking:; its not the combination of fields…there is something more to it;

I could feel that it’s acting very deeply on the muscle definition at biceps/triceps particularly, somewhere starts deep inside to outside…

Im not going to any gym btw, but I do walk for 45 mins daily. and that is when I use my workout stack.

A similar combination for the legs and back muscles would be a tremendous addition to round it up. Targeting smaller muscle groups only seems to be more potent in regards to effectiveness.

Even I thought the same, it would be awesome If captain comes up with this combo…
Chest + Back and
One more for complete legs.
We already have abs and arms now.
If we have this, we will just have a complete routine for a week!

I absolutely agree with you!!! Chest + back, and for legs would be very nice.

A good addition to those fields concerning other included fields at least in my opinion would be:

-A twitch of time
-The blessings of saint biceps
-Rev-ErbA - micro contraction to those muscle areas
-Platelet derived growth factor to those muscle areas for optimal growth.

This is what my results after 20 days,

the results are coming consistent with increased mass and cuts, the best part is it acts at the depth of all muscles that are hard to target in regular workouts. example, I could feel at the end junction of triceps brachi near armpits.

One more observation is that the growth has been symmetrical in both arms. I feel the body symmetrical is included in this even though not mentioned.

It’s working step-by-step actually first my triceps/biceps were shown affects, now delts and still dont see much at forearms…expecting that would be the next target.

This also demands more fuel and rest compared to other workout videos I tried (Hardcore/ MBL etc. ) I feel very sleepy by end of day as if like I had a strenuous workout.

That sounds amazing! The forearms always need more time, It’s a small muscle that nevertheless has to be worked on consistently.
Hopefully, we could get a similar field for the legs + glutes, and the back, that would be nice.

Yeah, will be great to see a separate combo of upper and lower body.
I’m excited too what fields and upgraded techniques captain will come up for other muscle groups, if anything in plan :heart_eyes:

Absolutely! In my opinion, targeting a smaller group of muscles with the fields is more effective. I don’t have any doubt about It as long as enough people are interested in that kind of fields, and keep requesting them.

yes, but weekly once or twice. Arms one weekly 5 times 20 mins each time.
