“Take it with a grain of salt”
Nah… TAKE IT LITERALLY.
Lately I’ve been reflecting deeply on something that’s been with me for years but never quite made full sense until now.
We’ve all heard about “ascending,” raising our vibration, elevating our consciousness right? For a long time I believed in that and practiced it in many ways.
But I realized recently that although I had many pieces of this puzzle, through spiritual forums, specially this one, personal experiences, books, and inner work, I didn’t have a clear, unified picture i would feel satisfied with. It felt fragmented. And more importantly, I didn’t have a conclusion.
“soo that sounds cute and all and it feels good but…”
Not one that was simple and made practical sense.
What happens after I do it?
Will I reach a different reality or dimension?
If I still have to live and interact down here, pay bills, deal with people, have a job, how does a “higher consciousness” help me in the actual world?
Is it really possible to escape the matrix while still being in it?
i knew that to stay in low vibrations meant being stuck, trapped, miserable inside the illusion they’ve created for us. that’s why i always kept practicing.
I had these questions for years. I was doing the work, but in the back of my mind I always thought: “Am I just doing this for spiritual clarity or intuition? Or will this ever truly change my reality in a concrete way?” I even thought that maybe I would one day reach a “Shambhala” kind of state, a separate, higher dimension that only some can find. I hoped that raising my vibration would pull me into a new reality, almost like waking up somewhere else, where all the people who ascended live together in peace and clarity. lol i mean why not 
But then I watched this old video clip of a scientific (which i could not find after, one of those times when you come across some valuable info after falling into a rabbit hole, but its meant to be found by you, integrated, then disappeared?)
i dont know if it has happened to you but it has to me, particularly in moments of “life discomfort” as if growth was happening (consciousness expansion i guess) as if the size of my “vessel” could not longer fit me in, kinda way…
the man was explaining something in the simplest way possible. He talked about reptilians and the matrix, but not in the exaggerated way many do. He said something that truly clicked for me:
"Reptilians (or whatever name you want to give to the forces that dominate this matrix) cannot raise their consciousness. They simply can’t.
That was a huge “aha” moment for me
exactly why raising your consciousness is the key to freedom, not just spiritually, but energetically, practically, even tactically.
it’s because this entire system, this illusion, runs on loosh. loosh is the emotional energy that low vibrational beings feed on. fear, stress, conflict, victimhood, drama, guilt, shame, all of that creates emotional discharge that they harvest. they don’t have their own creative force, so they feed off the chaos and suffering they provoke in us.
so the more we engage in their narratives, through media, trauma cycles, drama loops, division, and fear, the more we’re feeding them. literally. it’s energy harvesting.
(we knew all of this already but wait…)
I thought these beings were extremely intelligent, that they knew the cosmic laws, had access to hidden knowledge, and that was why they could control us so well. But this man explained that no, it’s not that they are higher than us (knowing bigger tricks to manipulate kind of ridiculouuus intelligence lol). It’s that they are lower, (i mean i knew they were lower in terms of emotions and vibration, but never thought in terms of mind) and they know that we humans have the unique ability to raise our consciousness. BUT THEY CANNOT, EVER, THEY CANNOT. And when we do, they can no longer reach us.
They lose power over us completely.
“That when we raise our vibration and stay there WE BECOME INVISIBLE TO THEM”.
it’s like tuning into a completely different frequency they cannot access.
they can’t even see us. not with their tech, not with their psychic manipulation, not with their systems. because we’re not broadcasting on the same channel anymore. it’s not metaphorical, it’s literal.
that’s why so many of us have experienced that once we fully shift, certain toxic people, patterns, or even institutions seem to vanish. the drama stops reaching us. the “random” attacks or blocks go silent.
it’s because we are no longer producing loosh. we are not part of the feed anymore. and once you’re out of their feeding zone, they lose interest and power over you.
what this means is: when we stabilize our consciousness above the fear grid, we are not just feeling better. we are exiting their ecosystem. we are no longer source material for their control grid. and because they can’t create, only manipulate, they can’t follow us into the higher mental realms. they can’t mimic what we create from joy, love, clarity, purpose.
that’s the reason the true path to freedom is vibrational. not political, not economic, not religious. those are all still within the matrix. it’s your state of being that determines what timeline you live in.
and when enough of us live in that higher state, we create an entire collective field that exists beyond the reach of the parasitic systems.
they don’t want us to know this. because the moment you realize it, you start creating from a sovereign place. your reality shifts. they can no longer plug into your nervous system, your fears, your trauma. you literally walk out of their range.
so yeah. it’s not just about “being positive” or “being spiritual.” it’s about understanding the technology of consciousness. when you rise, you cut their power cord. not through force. just through frequency.
that’s the actual ascension. and it’s here. it’s now. and it’s practical.
