Does anyone have a good dopamine regeneration audio to indicate? Since sapiens is only in patreon, I’m not talking about audios that increase your dopamine, but rather that they cure the over-stimulation that masturbation, pornography, internet in general causes in our neurons, brain regeneration is a good option, but I wanted something more focused.

Have you tried looping the Brain Regeneration field?
