Automated Micro Cosmic Orbit

Following Taoist traditions, this does an automated version of the micro cosmic orbit, what it will exactly do is carry the energy from your lower dan tien to your base then circulates it upwards, using the channels in the back of your body, to your crown, then back down to your dan tien using the front channels (this is explained in the simplest of ways, for easy understanding)
What this does is clarify and clean your energy system, while helping to develop your own system and energy flow.
Do not over use, it does a complete circulation per listen, start small, use it once or twice at most per day.
You may feel a little tired afterwards, but as your system develops, it becomes a lot better.
Also a lot has been in place to make it safe and to maximize the benefits.

This field is one of the classic jewels, great to expand your energetic system and move the stagnant energy, a few days ago I reminded a friend to use this jewel

I always spammed Internal Alchemy while playing various boosters for hours per day for the past 2+ years… from Neg Jing, to Neg Chi, to Chi compression into Dan Tien. I barely used this one. I play 11 power before and listen 2-3 times, that’s more than enough. This is damn strong. I feel it like, it makes everything rise to my head. More awareness, more energy. I just worked 24 hours of physical labour across 4 days in a row, I played this at the end of my last shift, I went from near exhausted to feeling super sharp, aware and lucid. I think I’ve spammed more than enough Jing + Chi that I can just purely focus on this field now, built up so much Three treasure but never circulating them as intended is crazy

Yesterday I played this field and I was 100% aware of what point the microcosmic orbit was at in its orbit with out focusing

Maybe it was something or some one in my life that was boosting it, but it’s extremely cool to be able to feel it exactly where it’s at at a given time

Super strong and entirely palpable
After like 11 or 12 loops of The Charged Vessel btw
Did 3 loops of the Microcosmic Orbit field…

Been doing lots of chakra work recently… And past lives stuff
More stuff than ever in general, a lot more

Been slacking on Pranayama though lol
