Haven’t really tried this but has anyone experimented with this, im thinking of trying it tonight.
you could definitely try it and see how it personally affects you.
i will say though that i personally believe a good night’s sleep is very important towards a more physically active body.

Sure I’ve done it …mainly by accident.
If you loop too much, you’ll wake yourself up from the muscle cramping.
Sure sign it works tho

Does it not keep you awake or disrupt sleep? I find that when I go to the gym at night I can’t sleep for hours.
I would rather have one that can simulate sleep automation during the day
I have a workout list that starts at 3 am and completes at 6 am. Initially I would wake up due to a burst of energy, but have got used to it and does not bother my sleep.
