15 minutes per as well. Spammable. What I like about my stacks now is that they’re both 2 hrs long and thus give me a sense of symmetry.
I’m lovin’ the Inner Armor Shield, but I’m under such sever attack it’s being a whole ordeal. Really demanding energetically, mentally and emotionally. But I’m getting there, slowly, day after day.
Okay, any ideas - what’s the most brutal reflective shield one can get their hands on? Dragon Bone Armor? Something else?
Inner Armor Shield is awesome, but maintaining it takes up a lot of energy due to the intensity of the attacks.
Now, the attacks intensified even more once I re-introduced Justice for All to my stack. Since certain individuals seem to really hate the fact, I’ll be playing it even more, lewl.

What would you do if the one sending the attacks was you, meaning they were coming from your own consciousness - would you do some more clearing and belief-changing, etc.?
Putting up shields is good, but removing the source is better. This might not be an obvious POV but worth looking into anyway. Sometimes it’s hard for us to see the junk that’s hiding in the folds of our garments, so look to what people say when they criticize and give it some attention.
I guess I deserve it then.

This combo appears to be working really well for me. <3 So I switched out the healing subliminal and exchanged it for a different one, but one that also includes baddass shielding.
Shortened my stacks a bit, having decided I have too many fields now. Now there’s 21 in to-to, which is still a lot. Feelin’ good though, pretty optimistic. A little bit tired right now but this simply means I need to get some sleep.

Shortened the stacks some more, now the main stack is 10 fields, the once-per-day stack is 2 fields, and the mental health stack is 5 fields.
I kinda overdid it with the mental health stack and had to sleep it off because I started feeling very bad. But that’s par for the course with healing for me. It means it’s powerful and works.

I exchanged the Crystalline Mental Health (PU) field from my mental health stack with Sapien’s Resillience. 
Man, that mental health stack is great but pretty hardcore if listened to more than once per day (which I do, seeing as I have the time right now to sleep it off if need be). The Resiliece - Anti-Fragile field is great for it because it allows me to keep going with the healing.
Purchased an NFT for the ladies from a fellow forumite, it doesn’t have audio, so I’m carrying it in my wallet and I have it up on my desktop. I’ll also print it out to and hang it in my room to replace The Sauvage. I could feel some of what it was doing instantly, though. Good tidings.
Limited the number of NFTs and mandalas I’m carrying on my person.
