I can help you. the frequencies go to your aura and after 24 hours, the effects fade away after 24 hours. So it is not permanent. The energy emitted from the images is intelligent. Let say you wanted to eliminate your fear of heights, you can direct the energy and tell it to make you less fearful of heights and it would help do just that. @noname The Fear Conquest frequency is designed specifically to heal fear. Now notice, not to remove fear, but to heal it (I specifically chose “heal” over “remove”). It is a big difference between removing and healing.
So the frequency does help you feel less fear pretty much, but it may also bring up to surface the childhood wounds in you that caused you to feel fear in the first place. Fear is a valuable message from your subconscious about your life and how your environment affects you.
