Why is it necessary? Ojas, Tejas, other forms of life force, they work together with your “essential liquids”. Realize that those fellas are a very densely saturated elixir of your life force. You need a sort of system reset.

In a sense, the nofap community is right; you need a couple months for a reset. 2-3 should do it. That will sound extremely daunting at first, but remember you are designing an upgraded version of yourself.

Also after so many years, isn’t porn becoming really boring? Knowing that it is fake, and let’s say, after going through all the fetishes you enjoy - what is truly left to learn and explore from porn?

Btw, at no point here should you feel guilty or regretful for this. These states are on the lower spectrum and will make you stay vibrationally lower.

Ideally, you imagine a new version of you. Do it every night, like Sensei Goddard teaches. Imagine a version of you full of vitality, full of virility, with powerful energy throughout the day. Confident, attractive, kind and great with people. Friends and family are supportive, and you have all the energy you need to give, to give love and to give support to those that need you.

A trick you can do too: If you have servitors, like the dragon servitor, before you sleep, you can tell them to have a restorative and restful sleep and that the next day you shall be well rested. Make this a habit too. Tell them every day. Design an anchor word, a code word that enables this. For example I call their names and command “Activate restful sleep”.

One thing that will be rewarding long-term but difficult at first: Use the Jindan Golden (Field) Elixir. It will transform you.

Another thing besides fields: The body requires adequate exercise. I recommend to walk any staircase instead of escalators and elevators. I recommend daily walks of 30-60 minutes. Whatever is in walking distance, walk. And walk briskly, try to reach a speed that is fast without running. You will feel the difference within weeks.

Add to this any home exercise. Squeeze in pushups. But don’t overdo anything. Just start with one exercise and do 3 sets and 5-10 reps. Very simple.

Diet make it as low sugar as possible and as most unprocessed as possible. Drink tea and water instead of softdrinks.

I think any change should always have a synergy of elements working in your favour. That’s why I mention all of these in addition to nofap. And I would add breathing exercises and meditation as well.

One more thing: I would also not demonize porn, sometimes I also watch it. Albeit only couple times a year probably. A balanced viewpoint is the best way. For everything in life really.
