I dunno. parathyroid hormone could strengthen or weaken bones depending on other factors that are present. For someone that sweats a lot or does endurance exercise, it could cause increased calcium loss through sweat… but I don’t think you’ll have that issue…

Maybe just for general caution? --I’d say do what makes sense for you.
