Nah man Iāve only been bodybuilding for a year and a half but within that time Iāve made good progress but Iām far from the biggest haha
Before bodybuilding I was boxing and sapien was helping a lot with that too but I wasnāt listening to too many fields

I could tell you are going for the classic build. Believe it or not, by listening to the Soul Restoration audio, I could feel even my core strengthen. I didnāt expect that feeling at all. You should add that to your stack. Stronger core means stronger body, both physically and spiritually (for most of the cases)

And just me passing by, the best Presence comes trough accomplishment and experiences, your presence will be determindet by how you will react to certain things, lets say we take AscendingBiceps and his Presence, while its just me I kinda have a good analytic for people. He is kind, but if shit does bother him, he is not so kind anymore, he probably will try to solve it, but solve it in a manner that will make the āenemyā instantly clear that if he does something else that will bother him, he will be fucked.
Now your Part in some Situations is to have this Presence and People have to know that if they do shady shit you wont sit still and make it clear that they are when neccessary āfuckedā.
Presence has many things to do with what you are currently thinking so I would advise you to be always rational and never emotional, in fields like buisness you dont want to be emotional, you want the other side to be emotional and that is trough your Presence, Presence is looks, your vibe, your mind, your experiences, what you expect from yourself and what you expect from others.
Thats just my little take on it

Itās really hard to become always logical, when Iām the great empath! But the concessions I made for others and became a tool in my early life made me a bit of hard nut now. I guess, we all learn from experience, being the best teacher as he is.

Is the growth limited to physical only or I can also extend it to some mental or social level?

It can extend in many ways beyond what is considered physical, though the growth that happens as a result of the Vibration of Creation field might or might not occur in the precise way one typically imagines or intends āgrowthā and related processes.
That being said, it can potentially positively affect your growth on what would be considered mental or social levels.
