Burning fat and building muscle at the same time

I am planning to go on a dirty bulk this winter. Normally I would gain a lot of fat from this bulk. What audios would you suggest would help me burn fat from my body and at the same time use the calorie surplus to build muscle. I can use a max of 2 3 audios. Currently I am looking at cardarine and enhanced fat metabolism. My goal is to burn excess fat and calories or use them for energy and build muscle at the same time. I would appreciate your opinions on this @This_Boy_Here @IAmJonathan

Hey bro, I have been kind of swamped, and I woke up late. So I am kind of behind on schedule. After we do this meditation, I need to work out, go study a little, and then I will go to the duck pond for a second. If no one else, chimes in later on, I will try to come up with something by tonight or tomorrow.

Hey, here it is:

*Enhanced fat metabolism- Perfect for what you are trying to achieve as far as usage of fat stores for energy(instead of carbs) and building muscle. Also induces AMPK, for insulin sensitivity.(Just in case you’re having problems with it, for losing stubborn belly fat.) Also directs some enhanced nutrient absorption straight to your muscles( I had gained muscle from this field alone before, but my ideal protein intake was intact though), which will help aid you in your muscle recovery. (Which is also essential for muscle growth.)

*Cardarine- This PPAR Agonist is excellent for fat loss. Also great for muscle and strength building as well, and many other components of a great workout.(endurance, workout load, stamina, etc.) All-in-all, pretty good workout/muscle building field.

-Extreme muscle growth. I think this is more to give your muscles that extra umpth, if needed.(Since it works fast for muscle building.) I would tell you to add the Automated Upper Body workout and the Automated Lower Body Workout audio, since it’s like the Extreme muscle growth field, but better. It also induces apoptosis of fats cells, and sends Rev-ErbA to all the muscles.(Helps me have good-quality REM sleep, a must for muscle growth.) But the Extreme muscle growth doesn’t, but it’s still very effective for muscle-building.(HGH, Myostatin, and testosterone)

Hi there, was hoping you could help me. :pray:
I am a women who has trained for 4 years and normally a good strong body physically. Due to recent issues I’ve not been able to train and it’s really got me down. Also my years of Had work is disappearing quickly.
What frequencies do you recommend to get lean muscle back, sculpted and defined while unable to workout. I don’t want to bulk up just get my body fat down abs keep my nice shape I’ve worked so hard for especially my rounded bum
