Can muscle muscle building fields cause weight gain?

Fields like HGH, stanabolic, YK11, extreme muscle growth can they actually cause weight gain by increasing muscles? Just curious.

If so, what are they fields that can cause weight loss as well as better body.

Like automated cardio?

What’s your goal? With the muscle-building fields you’re going to add more muscle weight. As far as your total weight goes, it depends on what you look like now. What’s your body fat percentage? Muscle mass helps burn fat anyway, so as you add muscle you’re going to be burning fat. That’s unless you’re eating two pounds of fettuccini Alfredo at every meal :smirk:.

The goal is to like what you see when you’re looking in the mirror, not the scale. If you’re ripped and your clothes fit you great, who cares what the scale says? It’s irrelevant. You’re most likely looking for a target body fat percentage and a scale won’t give you that info (assuming you’re caring what the scale says… maybe you aren’t).

Everyone’s body is different. You may need to focus more on chest or calves to get the proper proportions you want, based on your genetics. But again, not sure where you’re starting from. Are you out of shape right now, or do you have a pretty athletic build already? What’s the goal?

I want to build muscles but also weigh like 80kg.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh now?

Again, I wouldn’t be a slave to a particular number. You may find you end up looking great somewhere under 80 kg, or maybe somewhere above 80 kg. Use the eye test, esp if it’s not for some type of competition where you need to be at a specific weight.

I’m 6 and weigh 98kg. I have muscles but I’m also chubby.

Alright, what I’d suggest is that you just focus on the process and not the scale. If you start doing the right things, your body composition will start to change. You’ll start looking better every day, and when you start looking better, your clothes will fit you how you want them to fit you and you won’t care about the scale. You may have to get some new clothes :smiling_imp:

That’s just my take on it. I haven’t really used any Sapien fields for working out, so you’ll have to get some advice from someone who has. I’ve always used traditional supplements. Either way, make sure the process is FUN, and stay focused on how you look and not the number. Good luck :beers:

Per pound, muscle weighs more than fat, so this could be a possibility. I would take measurements and photos, and keep track of those instead of focusing on the scales
