Can somebody look at my skin tag picture and tell me what to do with it?

I have attached the pic.My skin tag is in the center. So I was having a skin tag since a month and I removed it with an eyebrow picker and now I am confused that will it heal by itself or should I go do surgery for it to remove it further?
