Hey guys, I understand exercise is crucial, but can u get the benefits with less exercise as well? I am not in this position, I am doing Badminton and tennis up to 4 times per week, but I just wanted to know, can I still get some benefit either way. Also, how long do the effects last for, after consistent use for a few months, will ur body automatically start producing more of these hormones? Also does this work exactly like the real life thing?
Of course, u will get the benefits of cardarine without exercise.
Can I loop cardarine while in gym? Along with the forbidden body?

First day using this was yesterday whilst lifting weights I didn’t drop a single droplet of sweat I do go pretty heavy and intense when lifting so that was amazing cardio wise I did plyometrics and didn’t sweat either tough it took me a little bit to catch my breath between sets after I did jump roping which got me sweating a lot but I was breathing all fine trough out the session my calves gave in before my lungs which never happened I also used to get cramp in my abdominals but it didn’t happen yesterday I will update when I go sprinting.

Tested it out in various type of activities it does what it promotes to do just make sure to warm up correctly id say it boost your stamina more than your endurance. Also during activity your breathing is always steady wether it’s jogging, biking, sprinting jump roping or any type of activity
So this is the one field to improve my stamina and endurance? Any recommendations apart from this
