Been listening to two of them anyway as part of my daily stack so I should be covered 
I have no idea what happened man. Felt my cheeks vibrating at the start. Then some tingling sensation in my right knee. And then when I lay down, it felt like my body was trying to levitate. Not sure what happened there.
Edit: Oops! Forgot that I shouldn’t be depending on other people’s opinion.
