I believe that’s a person, not a book, which might be throwing you off.
The transliteration that I’m most familiar with is Peng Zu, which might get you started.

Thank you so much. I was able to find Peng Zu but still not the text that Maoshan Wanderer is quoting. This year I read Secret of the Golden Flower and Zuanzhi, I would love to read another Taoist text before 2023
