With the understanding that this is @VMMS’ deck and pull (and that this was said tongue in cheek), there is another interpretation available for you.
If I were doing this reading, I would tell you that things are not what they appear to be and that you have an opportunity to change your perspective. A single card and no interaction (with you) produces only the most general of readings, but I might go out on a limb to say that, whilst there might be delays, you can use that time to shift your perspectives about that delay, maybe even turn your thinking “upside down” on this topic (or whatever your concerns may be). For example, how might this delay actually serve you? Might it be time for you to use to clear blocks that could prevent you from “best” using these cards in the way that you want? So you’ll be ready for your cards when they do arrive?
The Hanged Man “appears” to have little else to do in that position than to examine and contemplate the situation. It’s important to notice that the expression on The Hanged Man’s face: he’s comfortable in his position. Your examination and contemplation of your situation can be comfortable for you.
And because his position is a reflection of the position of The Emperor, we could even say The Hanged Man is in control of this situation. If I wanted to be fanciful and you were in front of me doing this reading, I might even suggest that it is your fretting over your deck’s transit which is vibrationally causing its delay. Release your fretting (and we have fields for that, don’t we?) and you might turn things around for yourself.

Just got the deck. The box came with one of the sides being dented in. It is a card board box they come with. Maybe opt for the tin box next time. There is a slight dent on the top cards, but hopefully it won’t impact shuffling.

The delay am OK with as its international delivery & so I am prepared to wait. It didn’t take so long for the tags to come so am "fretting "!

I have heard this from a few readers myself and I love the hanged man for it!
Now i use the field for the same feeling … to be in peace and grounded wherever any situation is at.
I’d say the Hanged Man field grounds me more than grounding field itself :D !
(except for when i feel my head floating upside down haha, it trips me out! but it adds more to that grounding :D)

Ooh I see. I thought I had missed something 
I think its 50 cents per deck or so. So yeah price goes up. I’d be willing to pay the extra cost just to make sure it arrived in perfect condition.
