Would it be better to hold the card on you at all times or is there no need for that? Also is it possible to use the card and put it on a wearable?

As far as I understand, it’s not necessary.

Once you activate, look at the card for one minute, then you do not need to keep it on after.

You can just look at the card on your phone screen.
