That’s why it’s hard to work with me, I have very strict rules
and I can not change them under my leadership (I have my own model, it is reasoned, but not suitable for everyone)
In all two groups, EVERY member works hard.
as research is done…
That’s why I’d like you, Boris, to lead this group.
with more relaxed rules.

& yes, I’m totally in for if this happens but given Nemo is okay with it and more importantly has spare time. He’s been going nonstop like crazy! So just want to throw that out there/ let’s keep that in mind; we oughta make sure our Nemo has his rest too, you know :slight_smile:

I would love to see him take a break more often lol

So yes if it were to happen I’d hope it’d be something he doesn’t have to do like right away. Gets a break / tends to the other bajillion other things that he does ;)

And given that the group would work less dramatically versus the past ones or the ones currently at hand.

Totally agree. We think we had a rush week with the groups, but our Captain is the real hero in this. Lots of learning would be cool, and no rush to complete. I’m in it for the team and learning process. Hopefully this will be a chill group, lol.

Yeah. I was disappointed witnessing a few wanted it to be a rushed venture, as it felt inappropriate,
Inappropriate in that here we were presented with a gift, yet there we were calling the shots for like “when”. Entitled, that’s the word. But again, that’s just my opinion.
And honestly I oughta take accountability for the fact I didn’t voice that opinion in the groups (I am sorry!)

I hope we all send Nemo some loving energy and gratitude.

He’s too much of a darling. He has my heart!!!
