Use only if you know enough about subliminals because it’s a delicate matter.
So I purchased a subliminal maker a while ago because I needed to address some specific topics for myself. I’d be happy to make some custom Subliminals for you since it takes literally a minute.
You provide the script you want, and I build it for you. The software has a fine text to speech feature or you can provide direct mp3s of your own voice. It’ll be embedded in some relaxing nature sounds that came with the software.
here’s a method I find effective;
2/3 of the script in “I” format, and 1/3 are in the “{yourName}…” format.
Eg;
I now know that I deserve to earn more money and I do.
I am now taking delightful actions to accumulate wealth.
{yourName} now knows that he/she deserves to earn money and he/she does
{yourName} is now taking delightful actions to accumulate wealth.
12 to 15 affirmations in one script is recommended for faster results because it’s easier for your subconscious to process.
My 2 cents, you seem to be alwayas contradicting yourself about subliminals, in posts you hate subs, and bash about them and now you offering to make them…
A litle secret, subs/affirmations/binaurals are history, why going backwards when you have Morphic Fields from a trusted and reputable maker that has been doing it and perfecting for years.
By the way its just my opinion but with the empathic senses behind it because I can feel your energy and no I’m not judging you, its just a seed and what u do with it’s up to you
@Yuichi I think you are confusing me with another user : ) I never said I hate subliminals.
But, yes I too like the morphic fields better, however they don’t cover every topic I need. I use subliminals to customize my mindset, and it works quite well.
OK, good to know. I just had to check because they said a lot of bad things about Sapien Medicine. Just one other thing, I am pretty sure the subconscious mind can process 40mn bits of info per second, so it should be able to handle more than 12-15 affirmations
To elaborate on the specific benefits of custom subliminals;
I think the best part is that we can address particular belief systems. An example in my case, I grew up with the belief that one has to work over-time to earn enough money. Although I now know that’s not the case and working smart beats working more, the habit is ingrained in my subconscious. It was really difficult to beat the ~30 days threshold to replace such habits without subliminals for me. Now with the help of subliminals, I’m able to condition myself from the night and apply it the next day with ease.
That being said, one should be familiar with how habits and thought-forms work to apply subliminals successfuly.
There should be enough repetitions to create new thought patterns.
What my research & experiment shows that 12 to 15 affirmations in a subliminal should be played min 4hours each day. 8-hours while you sleep gives the fastest results.
Also it’s dangerous/uncomfortable to change too many belief systems at once (ego backlash), so it’s highly recommended to replace one habit at a time.
People get sleep paralysis and other issues due to such resistance.
One habit/belief/thought requires at least ~30 days repetition to cement the changes.
I don’t think things are that simple, it’s not a matter of either you use a morphic field or make a subliminal that is inferior and waste time on it, there are hundreds of subjects that morphic fields don’t cover, but there are subliminals that do, no there is a morphic field for example to have blonde hair, I never saw it, what do I do then if I want to have blonde hair? I’m looking for a subliminal for this, because that’s what it has, so it’s not exactly so black and white you should only use morphic fields because they are better.
Subliminals/Binaural beats/Affirmations are all still valid and extremely effective. Each one is unique and you simply cant fairly quantify one against the other. There are days I choose only subliminals, days I only choose fields and days I only choose binaurl beats. You can also easily create your own subliminals and add binaural beats to them for synergistic effects.
It’s not going backwards to try multiple types of therapy. Besides, it’s not like 10 years is really that long. As far as I’m concerned Sapien Meds is still in the trial phase. There really is no way to know for 100% that we arent hurting ourselves longterm with there fields especially the ones that alter our physical features. (I’m sorry thats just a fact).
Meanwhile subliminals, binaural beats, and affirmations have been around for a lot longer. There is not one “better” than the other. Subliminals can be super specific and looped and custom made easily. Sometimes I just like to chill out to some .9hz Delta waves, I do it for the experience not just the result.
People are out here acting like Sapien Medicine has made everything worthless. If you owned a Corvette and then won a Ferrari would you throw your Corvette away? I sure as hell wouldnt. Don’t get me wrong, I am appreciative and highly value sapien med, but he is just a portion of the sound therapy community. His product doesn’t detract from the product of others.
Ah OK, I am more than happy to discuss some points about making subliminals via PMs if you want. I believe there are some reasons I have found regarding subliminal resistance
I have tried many with only the “I” and many with both the “I” and “you” format. Because of the nature of subliminals I will say it is hard to quantify which gives better results because there are a lot of factors and I dont always know the exact affirmations (I live risky ) in a subliminal.
I would personally say my gut tells me that the “I” and “you” formula works stronger because a lot of people are very hostile toward themselves and have a lot of conflict with using “I”. (and it just feels good to hear “I love you, You are strong, You are worthy, etc” It takes a lot of inner resistance out of the equation
As for the ratio, again it’s hard to give a straight answer. My gut intuition would be go with the 50/50 just for the sake of symmetry (it would honestly bug me if it wasnt 50/50, not that I would really know though unless I made it).
A couple last thing I’ll give you from my experience on subs, if you are making your own there is definitely a limit to how many layers you use and also simple formulas works better for me. I personally made one that was about 537 repetitions (25 affirmations each, that was too many for me) layered and sped up to make an hour long audio. It was way to much for me and not very effective because I couldn’t really relax while listening to it.
Also I use Audacity, it’es free and pretty damn professional and easy to use. You can do a lot of cool things with it. Final thing is, I do much better with short and sweet subliminal than ones longer than 10min. Sometimes the 1+ hour videos are nice if I have it in the background, but for daily use I always try to stay under 5min per video. It’s the more about how consistently you lesson than how much you listen (in my experience)
Thanks. I’m going to experiment with mixing some “you” affirmations. What I like about mindzoom is that it also flashes affirmations on my screen, but I have no idea if they’re any effective
I too use Audacity to merge the subs together, but I don’t know how to apply binaural/isochronic beats with it. With mindzoom, it takes 2mins to make a subliminal of any kind.
Do you think using several different voices to repeat the affirmations makes it more effective?
Lmao please do. You basically came in here just to bash this dudes thread. If you arent going to be productive then just dont post in the first place.
It’s like a dude going into a comic book shop like “Pfffft look at all these fools, this is all such outdated entertainment. You guys should let comics books die out, there are movies whats the point”. Like bro if you dont fuck with it then dont bother with it. But dont go out of your way to try and ruin something for someone else
I’ve used visual affirmations in the past, I kind of like them when I am just focusing on the sub, but I almost never use them.
It is really easy but it does take longer, just pick the beat you want and the carrier wave then download it in a 50second file the loop it to the length of your audio. Here’s a website for it
Eh, I dont really know. I dont think it’s a major factor but it is probably subtle. I used my own voice when I made my own, but I have had results just fine with others who used text to speech.
Here’s a picture of the audacity file that I layered way too much. I took this and exported as wav then layered that with a binaural beat I mixed and looped for an hour. It was actually a pretty long process. I personally dont recommend this many layers but some people do a LOT
