The audios are for pain, wherever it might occur so they are safe to use with that intention. A headache might have nothing to do with the head.

Update: It work in the temple, though it felt much gentler I guess? Yesterday was 3 intense shock from chest and arms lol

I had sudden back discomfort at work today. Thankfully it was just before my lunch break. So I listened to “For back pain” in a relaxed position, with some meditation for around 30 minutes and the discomfort vanished! I was able to tuck my shirt back in and get back to focusing on my work!
