After reaching 300+ hours with Elysian Focus, I’m seeing how it really complements both Conceptual Conglomerate (CC) and Manhattan Method (MM), especially in maintaining high performing thought level.
With MM, I’ve noticed that my entire range of thinking has shifted up a notch. MM makes even my weaker, unfocused thoughts a bit sharper and my best thoughts more refined. It’s like it pulls my whole baseline forward, so I’m generally thinking at a higher level, even when I’m not particularly focused. However, MM alone doesn’t ensure that I stay in those high-performance zones; it just makes my overall thinking better.
CC, on the other hand, really stretches the high-end of my thinking. It allows my most advanced thoughts (like A and S tier thoughts) to reach new levels. With CC, I can sometimes achieve moments of profound insight or clarity, but these moments can be fleeting. It’s like it refines the peaks of my mental processing without necessarily making the whole journey there smoother or easier.
This is where Elysian Focus has made a noticeable difference. Elysian doesn’t raise my baseline or stretch my high-level thoughts in the way that MM and CC do, but it increases the amount of time I spend operating in those elevated zones. With Elysian, I’m able to spend more time at B+, and A levels, almost as if it’s helping me sustain the benefits that CC and MM provide. It lets me access the improvements from MM and CC more consistently.
For instance, I can feel the effects of MM in that my overall thinking is clearer and more structured, but Elysian keeps me in that enhanced state for longer stretches. It’s like MM builds a strong foundation, and Elysian makes sure I’m using it to the fullest. Similarly, with CC, I can tap into advanced thoughts more easily, but Elysian is what keeps me there, maximizing those refined insights from CC rather than letting them slip away.
In practical terms, MM has raised the quality of my baseline thoughts, and CC pushes my high-level thoughts to new peaks. But Elysian is what actually makes these changes much easier to use day-to-day. Instead of having shorter spans of focus or insight, Elysian lets me stay in these enhanced thought levels for longer, without extra effort. It’s as if CC and MM set up the stage, and Elysian ensures I’m performing at my best on it.
So, after 300 hours, I’d say that Elysian Focus has become an essential tool for applying the gains from other brain fields. It brings consistency to my thinking, allowing me to access and sustain those higher states more frequently. MM and CC may develop and refine my cognitive abilities, but Elysian is what lets me fully tap into and maintain that potential.
