This field deserves to be called “Lord of Iron Hills”.
What´s the source for this claims, Id like to read more about it.
probably chatgpt. the only official studies on the benefits of titanium on biology are here Research Reports|SOCIETY OF AQUA METAL RESEARCH
Thank you.
It’s better to caution on the link of this field and the stuff called Aqua Titan. The description doesn’t mention “Aqua Titan”, which seems to be solution of titanium dioxide(?) https://cosmetics.specialchem.com/product/i-sunjin-beauty-science-aqua-titan and quick search through published papers seems to agree with this page Phiten - Wikipedia, it’s a commercial product first and foremost. Titanium dioxide is actually under scrutiny as a food coloring and doesn’t seem healthy.
I have seen similar claims about other metals and if one really wants to get the alleged benefits it’s enough to use metal cookware and not overdoing it to avoid metal toxicity.
Titanium dioxide is still so common as a whitener that likely most people in Western world overconsume it.
So I have been using this for the past few days with my health and workout fields. Will report back within 30 days.
After a few loops I did get the metallic taste so it is “potent”. Internally feels like I am on the receiving end of those numerous benefits within my body.
