reading the description for the vibration series, it says:
It’s one of our most powerful spiritual audios thus far and is a gem for anyone on the spiritual path. I would most recommend this to people who have already had prior energy work on their bodies as this audio is rather advanced.
Does going through one round of the Energy Awaken course field audios count as “prior energy work on my body”, or is there anything else I should do on top of this? Thanks.
