When I listen to a subliminal, no matter the topic, I always get an extreme reaction of acne on my skin literally all over my body. It comes as soon as I start to listen. It’s extremely annoying. I used to have no problems with this for years, until February of this year.
Whether it’s a subliminal about love, hemorrhoids, or Huntington’s disease, I get triggered all the time now. This also counts for just affirmations or frequencies.
Even just thinking about it for a second triggers it. It’s so damn annoying.

Was there any grief or any bad emotion/experience/episode and you were listening to subs or anything of sorts, while that happened?
Also, morphic fields (this is what Sapien Medicine audios are) are not Subliminal messages, but maybe you meant fields as well (probably?)?
However, it could also be a reaction of sorts, a certain subconscious Blockage (maybe)?

I agree with SoulStar33. Investigate and figure out what happened when it started. Was there anything in your life you could not “digest” or “accept” or gave you any other difficult and bold emotion/reaction towards it?
My approach would be to find this and then go into self-hypnosis and resolve it. If you think its going to be a tough reaction or just as a precaution… its a good idea to work with a specialist (hypnotist). I would have done it myself because I was trained.
No man, nothing really. The only thing that I can think of is some gut subliminal because I have a lot of
skin problems like eczema and multiple chemical sensitivity. I think since then, my reaction towards these things started to develop more and more.
Yes, even morphic fields give this reaction. I am scared to listen to these aswell.
