Face Dysmorphia hindering my potential

Hello beautiful people, asking for some advice,
I have face dysmorphia. I’m obsessed with my looks and I really hate it, it hinders my potential and makes me lie in bed all day.
Outside of this mental issue I would say my life is pretty good but this is destroying me.

I’ve tried the self love audios, I can’t stay consistent audios and always want results, and I thought I can Lowkey fix the problem by buying facial beauty fields but they don’t really give me that much results.

Any advice would be helpful.

if you can’t use any mental issue field
like self acceptance or self love
then i would suggest you use some of face field to fix and gain some confidence.

but before all this use willpower field.

I have that field I’ve been using for past week or two with not much results,

I don’t care about the results I just wanna accept myself, I’ve tried the self love fields and self love meditation by Sammy.

I’m obsessed with how I look, pictures, selfies,etc.

I’ve used the willpower field with not too much results either sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t

You are right, my impatience really haunts me, maybe I’ll buy it again but I didn’t see any progress personally

Ive never discontinued a field I really need, that I am hoping it will help me in under minimum 6 weeks. Usually listen for 3 months before deciding.

It’s just that I’m so inconsistent and if I don’t see a glimpse of results I’m quick to switch very easily

Maybe project mental health or some other mental health fields

inner self critic to inner self supporter

and avoiding looking into the mirror and judging yourself for a while, while the fields above do the rest of the work

Try the revision fields—childhood and other such fields— and the archetype of parental love. (And there are a lot more free fields to consider.) They can really help.

audios are very good.

They are in my weekly maintenance stack

And stay away from selfies and all those apps and websites where u compare yourself to others or some kind of standard.
Try to keep mirror looking to a minimum

I’ll be honest, self love is a long journey. We don’t become the best version of ourselves (greatest inner self love) in a matter of months. When I embarked on my self love journey dealing with body dysmorphia it wasn’t something that was cured in a few months because my issue was severe and I had immense deep self hatred. I hated my face so much.

I still persisted because there was some days I was gradually destroying the dysmorphia, in the end which was a long journey I don’t hate my face nor does dysmorphia affect me anymore. If something is a problem and you want to solve that badly, persist and go hardcore.

Now I can take selfies, feel appreciative of myself, go outside without inner critics, etc. you can do this too.

Stay consistent, this is literally the easiest way to attain self love. It would be a shame you didn’t persist because you weren’t be consistent.

I told you for consistency start willpower field

I think the resilience field could help you become mentally stronger
Self respect on Gumroad could help you naturally make decisions that benefit you, somebody that respects themselves values their own time and sticks to goals that will help them, in this case staying consistent with fields. Also it helps you feel more secure in your own skin.
