I’m going to use headphones with this. For some reason I get much better results with most physical fields using headset - i’ve been experimenting quite a bit with headset vs speakers. I guess it’s individual or placebo, but I noticed it enough times so.
Also some mental ones like unbreakable are better result-wise using headphones for me. Torus weaved made no difference that I could tell. Neither did knight/warrior mindset.
Could also be bad days vs good days in general, only like 15 listens with, 15 listens without in sample size on the fields ive tested it on.
What does matter though is meditating to any field, and I find that much easier using headphones

“Smart” usually means, from my personal understanding, that the effect is adjusted to the person on whom the effect is applied to and that the effect targets the most urgent issues first.

An idea is if it was a mandala, then you could put a face photo on it. The photo can be your favorite face or your own photoshoped face picture . So we have a template for sculpting the face.
The body can also be made logically.
Maybe an nft can be generated, interested in, let me join 
.

Like with any other physical improvement field, I strongly suggest that you do not look in the mirror every hour or even every day to check for changes, I’m a firm believer of that it will only slow down the progress.

I’ve been using it for 1 week (together with Plasma glass skin). My face muscles are toned, the face is lifted and more chiselled. In my eyes it is very effective till now.

How much are you playing it, and how many other fields are you using daily?
I’m getting a little bit of results but not very much atm, not expecting much though until I lessen some fields and play this maybe 4-5x / day
