Fat loss through muscle building

Has anybody lost fat while building muscle?

I am currently using AMPK, automated leg day and core strengthening to build muscle in those areas and lose fat over all. I have been using this stack for 2-3 weeks and I have seen some fat loss recently.

How quickly have you seen actual results from muscle building audios? or how much fat have you lost from muscle audios?

Curious to know if i should add the glutes workout audio or another audio to enhance the results and speed up the process…

AMPK combination with auto workouts is excellent for fat loss, AMPK activation is generally less conducive to muscle building as it works against mTOR. Maybe split AMPK audio and your auto workout with some time frame?
