Venus. And luck probability. Theyā€™re so 80s and I like the style of 80 songs!

Advanced healing (if it happens to be a royalty free one, anyone know where I could find it?), the emperor like many probably agree with, aaandā€¦ Iā€™m trying to do a top 3 but itā€™s honestly hard because I like a lot of them. Hmmā€¦

I think Iā€™ll go with Agartha

Though Iā€™d list it in descending order as Emperor, Agartha and adv. healing.

But itā€™s really hard to say, I love mstate gold/silver (I like all mstates and ISIRB though), dragon intercession/experience, every arcana card, every mind setting (especially million dollar empire), the dreamtime and torsion field.

Aw heck I just like music okay! :stuck_out_tongue:

I love the music from Five Elements Balanced and Enhanced Cellular Nutrition Absorption. The music from Abundance Mindset is also good to accompany me sleeping.

Anger Management.

Ahh, why did I only listen to this just now?

I grew up in a household where feelings/emotions werenā€™t openly shown or said. That goes for both positive and negative emotions. Itā€™s unusual in my culture to be like this, because most families are touchy-feely. So whenever a friend hugs me or kisses me on the cheek, I still get surprised. I told my sister about this and of course she has the same experience.

Anyway, I also didnā€™t get to express much of my anger/frustration growing up. Threw some tantrums as a child, but was chastised for it. Itā€™s like even doubly bad because people around me think itā€™s unnatural for a girl to be so angry. I still cry my heart out when Iā€™m so freaking angry. Iā€™ve punched some things made of wood so I got scars on my right hand. Lifting weights and Muay thai training before let me have a physical outlet for all this rage.

Going back to the audio, I felt instant relief and calmness. I shall be listening to this every day.

I was listening to Anger Management just now because of a temper flare-up. I need to add it to my daily, thanks for the reminder.

I can relate with the part about growing up where expressing heightened emotion was frowned upon. Anger and sadness, but even happiness, excitementā€¦ A superstitious thinking that you donā€™t want to be too happy, because life will later give you an equivalent experience of sadness to balance it out.

It wasnā€™t until I watched Daniel Tiger as an adult that I realized it was important to teach kids how to acknowledge emotions and be able to talk about them. So now Iā€™m having to learn how to self-regulate as an adult, through therapy, but lately making more progress with fields.

Itā€™s so good you have your physical outlets! Yours are pretty cool. Mine is rage cleaning lol.

Knight Mindset seems to help me feel more calm and balanced too, and I like waking up to that chill, calming instrumental kind of music, as my alarm.

Ohh, rage cleaning! I think Iā€™ve done that at times too, lol. Iā€™ve had bouts of cleaning late at night/early in the morning. Thanks btw!

I also like The Exorcism Rite version 2.0. I donā€™t know why, but I used to be scared playing it. Now it calms and soothes me.
