Perhaps this is the wrong thread, but what would be good for decreasing empathy for empaths? My energy is totally drained on days when my mother has a migraine or the house is messy.

emotional mastering protocol might help! as an empath, it helps me figure out which emotions are mine and which are coming from an external source.
