Go in to yer emails to the one where it says claim your NFT and go through the process as if you were putting the NFT in to your wallet for the first time. The audio will show up to download towards the end of the process.

I dont know how to use the phantom wallet app or solana wallet app for the first time to claim them… ive only claimed my nfts in emails.

The NFT’s need to be downloaded in to your wallet for them to be active.
Have you not transferred any NFT’s into your wallet yet? They won’t work properly until they are in your wallet.
