I myself used to be like this. So insecure of not looking pretty. But then I realized it’s really a waste of time. And I just learn to ignored it and just go with the flow. Then the weird compliment come to me. Without me expecting them. Suddenly people just calling me ( you look good today)

Btw about the kefir thing I am drinking a lot of times because in Greece it’s really common you can have your own kefir maker in a vase in your home with the fungi that produce it.
It doesn’t deliver as the video says. Kefir good for strong bones and strong intestines ,replaces milk.For big balls I think it’s better to do leg day while you drank a lot of water
