From time to time you may see a project leader ask for people to join a group to create a new NFT project. You can ask to be included if the subject matter is of interest to you.

This has been going on so long now that many groups never disbanded, but continued coming up with and submitting NFT suggestions without having to ask the forum at large for participation. This will give you an idea; these, however, are closed projects = finished or dropped.
You could post your idea as a new thread in that section and ask for interested people.
