Frutarianism and Raw Vegan Blissful Love

For how long have you been on it, is it sustainable longterm?

It seems many propagate some sort of vegetearian/vegan, but I feel the best on mainly meat and eggs.

Did you try it?

I was not able to continue for long. I follow strictly when I’m on my own, and relax when I meet family and friends.
Few changes that I noticed,

Auto immune disease - hair fall reduced. Especially for the days when i ate only protein meat, next day, almost zero. It usually get triggered in the morning for me. Like an itch. When I scratch, at least 6-7 hairs fall off from same spot. When I’m on only meat diet, I had no hairfall due to auto immune.

Ghost wipes- Its tricky to find balance between protein/ fat ratio. Bowel excretion volume is greatly reduced as body absorbs all. At times, poop formation is so proper that you don’t see anything sticking at exit point, even when you wipe.

Morning wood- Im 30+, when i was following diet, got morning wood similar to my college years. Not on chicken, not on fish, but only on beef. ( Buffalo meat since I’m n india).

Disadvantage:
Alters bowel habits and stool formation initially.
Too high protein may give high histamine and associated trouble. I had to sneeze a lot.
Zero carb did not suit me. Affected my sleep.

I try whole foods. Meat, fruits, potatoes when i feel like. No fiberous veggies. Curd, buttermilk.
Oils - no seed oils. I use coconut or palm oil. Since they are extracted from flesh and not seeds.

Unless there is need, I would not suggest any extreme elimination diet. Enjoy life the way it is. There are many YouTube channels that gives lot of info about it. They talk from experience. You can go through it to gain more knowledge.

Having said that, I agree fruits are high prana foods. Some veggies are high prana foods.
Food for body is different. Food for spirituality and energy is different.
We have enlightened souls in all culture.
In india, it is well documented that even saints have eaten meat. ( Sai baba). Even Vivekananda didn’t oppose meat eating.
My point is, see what suits us best.
